Arrived a few minutes before my 8am appt and was immediately taken to exam room for my check up. Was seen by the Dr. Discussed any concerns and was on my way by 8:15. Very efficient office process while being thorough and not rushed. Awesome practice!
About Dr. Filiberto Cedeno Laurent, MD, PhD
After obtaining his medical degree from Escuela de Medicina Ignacio A. Santos (Monterrey, Mexico), Dr. Cedeno Laurent joined the Institute of Human Virology at the University of Maryland to pursue a post-doctoral research fellowship on HIV-related skin conditions. He became so passionate about the role of the immune system in the development of skin disorders that he became the first Mexican national to receive a doctorate degree in Immunology at Harvard Medical School.
After the completion of his PhD, Dr. Cedeno Laurent trained as a dermatologist at the University of Pennsylvania, the oldest and one of the most prestigious dermatology departments in the United States. Dr. Cedeno Laurent completed a one-year fellowship in cutaneous oncology (skin cancer) and has concentrated his latest efforts in the field of procedural and cosmetic dermatology.
Having received numerous national and international awards, his research has been presented in numerous conferences around the world and his work has been cited by nearly 700 scientific publications.
Dr. Cedeno Laurent enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and traveling around the world. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Cedeno Laurent speaks English and Spanish and accepts a large variety of medical insurance plans. He is committed to work with referring providers to accommodate patients with urgent medical necessities to be seen promptly.

An excellent doctor. Each visit was quick and efficient. No long waiting. The front desk also effectively manages appointments. The doctor avoids unnecessary treatments and routes instead of looking at the core of the issues and finding step-by-step solutions. Highly recommended.
